How far in advance should I order?
For simple custom cakes, 3–5 days is usually sufficient. Signature cakes need at least 1 week, and wedding or large event cakes require 2–4 weeks advance notice. For peak holiday periods, earlier is always better.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer delivery to Princeton, WV and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary by distance. For large wedding cakes, we also offer full setup at your venue. Contact us for details.
Can I request a custom flavor not on your menu?
Absolutely. We love a challenge. If you have a specific flavor in mind, mention it when you contact us and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen — we almost always can.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate many dietary needs including gluten-free and nut-free options. Please mention your requirements when ordering so we can advise you on the best options available.
How do I provide my photo for an image cake?
Simply email us your image at customerservice@sweettoothbakeries.com — a high-resolution JPG or PNG works best. We’ll let you know if the quality needs adjustment before printing.
What is a burn-away cake exactly?
A burn-away cake has a printed wafer paper top that is lit and burns away in seconds to reveal the decorated cake underneath. It creates an incredible reveal moment — perfect for parties and videos. Safety first: we’ll walk you through the process when you pick up.
