Random drawing announcement on Facebook November 20 at 6:30 p.m. Eastern; the winner will also be contacted directly. Pickup only: November 21, 10 a.m.–4 p.m., Sweet Tooth Bakery, 305 Mercer Street, Princeton, WV 24740. No shipping. Contact the bakery about ingredients and allergens.

Turkey Hunt: finish all 10 levels with fewer than three escaped turkeys. Each turkey gives you three shots; three missed shots or letting its time run out counts as one escape. Turkey Run: reach 5,000 points across ten increasingly difficult levels with fewer than three collisions. Turkey Search: find all eight costume turkeys. Turkey Search offers one entry per adult email per Eastern-time day, November 5–20 inclusive: up to 16 daily Search entries. Completed campaign puzzles are recorded and will not be shown to that adult email again. An unfinished daily puzzle stays assigned until completed; a completed puzzle can reopen its entry form without showing the board again. Turkey Hunt and Turkey Run each offer one entry per adult email and IP-based identifier for the entire November campaign. Shared connections share those Hunt/Run limits. The maximum is 18 entries across all games. Unlimited practice restarts are allowed; a verified completion unlocks a form for 15 minutes. Practice before opening does not create or carry over an entry. Children may play, but an adult 18 or older must provide their own information and collect the cake.

Giveaway administration and privacy

Sweet Tooth Bakery and Mad King Marketing administer this promotion. For Turkey Search, the adult email entered before play is converted to a keyed identifier to remember daily assignments, completed puzzle IDs and daily-entry limits across devices. Practice before opening does not use a campaign puzzle. After entry submission, the adult contact’s name, email, telephone, game, entry day, puzzle ID, completion result and consent choices are stored privately in a secure database. Entry notifications are sent to info@TheMadKingMarketing.com. Details are used to validate completion, prevent duplicate entries and abuse, contact the winner and arrange pickup. Game sessions expire; IP addresses are represented by keyed identifiers in game records. No entrant contact details are published.

Optional marketing-email permission and optional sale/sharing permission are separate, unchecked choices. Declining either does not affect eligibility or odds. Sale/sharing permission covers only the consenting adult’s name and email, for marketing agencies’ and affiliates’ own email marketing. It does not cover telephone numbers, game records, IP identifiers or children’s details. Marketing email permission alone does not authorize sale/sharing. Participation alone grants neither permission. Earlier records retain their original choices.

To withdraw future marketing or sale/sharing permission, request access, correction or deletion, contact info@TheMadKingMarketing.com with “Cake giveaway privacy request” and the adult email used for entry. Do not send identity documents or a child’s details. Withdrawal does not undo a transfer already made. Promotional emails must offer unsubscribe. Records are kept as needed for administration, abuse prevention and applicable recordkeeping; authorized marketing records while permission and need remain. Hosting and email providers process data to operate the giveaway. Information may be disclosed as required by law.
